Social Media Executive

**GENERAL OBJECTIVE/MISSION
The Social Media Executive will work with the Marketing Manager to develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate Hotel G Singapore marketing communications and social media strategy, so as to support the marketing objectives for the hotel and maximize the hotels’ positive exposure in local, national and international markets. The Social Media Executive will also be responsible for managing all social media channels, inclusive of content creation, follower engagement, execution, and strategy.
**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Comply with all systems and procedures laid down as per the company policies and procedures.
- Creation and execution of Marketing campaigns including company branding, online content strategy, social media campaigns etc.
- Closely observes matters pertaining to Social Media activities of the hotel, F&B establishments and other hotels (competitors) on a regular basis.
- Copywriting / graphic / visual designing for online and social media content.
- Visual asset design/creation and image content creation including taking/posting of Instagram/Facebook stories and posts, editing of banners, landing pages, eDMs etc.
- Continuous review and active management of websites, all digital assets, and third-party platforms.
- Daily Social Media and community engagement activities including prompt communication and daily posting to drive awareness and engagement
- Photography and Videography Conceptualization and execution
- To complete the task given within the agreed deadline
- Other miscellaneous administrative jobs including ad-hoc office operations and functionality
The Social Media Executive may be called upon to undertake activities outside his/her own area and to publicize hotels and restaurants other than his/her own for specific programs
**REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Degree in communications, journalism or marketing with at least 2 years relevant working experience
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with phone photography and videography
