**About the Role**

We are looking for a motivated and versatile Media Executive to support our daily operations and marketing efforts.

This role combines general administrative duties with creative tasks such as content creation, video shooting/editing, and social media management.

You will play an important part in keeping operations smooth while also helping to grow our online presence across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

**Key Responsibilities**

Administrative Support
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, documentation, and data entry.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and office supplies.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and internal communications.

Media & Content Creation
- Shoot and edit basic videos for marketing and social media purposes.
- Create engaging short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) using tools like CapCut or similar apps.
- Assist in simple graphic design, photography, and visual content editing when required.

Social Media Management
- Manage posting schedules across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Support in writing captions, hashtags, and simple content calendars.
- Track basic social media performance and provide feedback on content effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of video shooting and editing (CapCut, Canva, or equivalent tools).
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and current social media trends.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace for administrative tasks.
- Good communication skills (written & spoken).
- Independent, proactive, and willing to learn.

- Experience in photography, video scripting, or digital marketing.
- Knowledge of business branding marketing and campaign is a plus.
