Singapore QUISTA TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. Full time

As the Fintech Lead, you will be driving the vision and strategy behind our fintech product offerings and take ownership for executing the product roadmap. Working closely with the Head of Fintech, you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders across business, tech and product to continuously iterate and bring about improvements that increase adoption and associated revenues.

Being the custodian of the product roadmap, you will oversee the product growth and expansion to scale the product across new verticals and geographies with a key focus on product performance and consumer experience. This is a leadership role within the fintech team and comes with a lot of autonomy and ownership to help you achieve the goals and succeed in the role.

**Your typical day may include**:

- Build and execute the strategy for device warranties & upgrade/subscriptions
- Identify and implement data-driven pricing strategies to increase conversion rates
- Iterate over different product variants to optimise the success metrics
- Design & launch efficient yet simplistic customer journeys & improvise over long run
- Maintain all product related documentation, research and market studies
- Oversee technical integration of the product with both supply and distribution partners

- Ambitious, detail-oriented with excellent prioritisation skills
- Prior product experience in warranties, insurtech and fintech space.
- 6+ years experience in fintech product management or related roles
- Ability to think laterally and out of the box to rethink & challenge the status quo
- Hands-on attitude with experience in defining product specifications, pricing etc.
- Superior communication skills and ability to pitch the product at C-level
