**Product Head - Fintech
This is a critical leadership role responsible for development & commercialisation of differentiated & innovative digital software products to be launched by TVS Digital in the Financial Services Technologies Domain. This role is responsible for the entire product lifecycle (from conceptualisation, product strategy, development, prototyping, launch, marketing, deployment and support) & overall adoption and growth of TVS digital automotive tech products. The product head will directly oversee management of product team consisting of junior product managers, designers & customer success managers and will lead a virtual product squad consisting of product team, software engineers & data scientists. The product head is also expected to work with the investee start-ups of TVS Digital and TVS Motor automotive experts to leverage their solutions to develop the new products.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Monitor the market for evolving business needs of customers in financial services ecosystem & lifecycle (Retail & commercial lending including Buy-now-pay-later models, Credit decisioning & collections, Insurance, Payments etc.)
- Understand the end-to-end customer journey & identify the gaps in the current market that can be uniquely solutioned through exponential digital technologies such as IoT, AI & 5G
- Perform extensive market research and customer interviews to conceptualize idea of innovative product
- Define product vision supported by “Where to play & How to Win” playbook to build relevant, differentiated & scalable software/hardware products
- Lead user experience (UX), user interface (UI) design, create style guidelines and successful prototyping for lighthouse customers
- Act as the conduit between market/customers and product development team (internal/startups) to continually evolve the product through customer feedback
- Define & lead product evolution from minimum viable product (MVP) to minimum marketable product (MMP), and the commercial product (CP)
- Evangelize product through marketing collateral & events (e.g. customer stories, white papers, demos, competitive positioning, webinar etc.)
- Define & setup initial commercial strategy of products - commercial & pricing framework
- Develop initial GTM strategy of the product (including sales partnerships) to ensure right reach and coverage of the target market segments
- Solicit customer feedback & evolving business needs to develop product roadmap and release plan
- Achieve financial & customer success of the product through user adoption and profitable growth

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

- Deep understanding of Fintech in a customer facing (product, sales or business development) role
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a product manager for digital products at a start-up or equivalent
- Proven experience of innovation in Fintech
- Excellent communication skills, customer facing and internal stakeholders
- Ability to communicate with C-level
- Team player - ability to work with multiple stakeholders spread across different locations
- Ability to work independently
