Digital Solutions & Analytics is seeking for a **Senior Manager, Program Implementation APAC **based in **Singapore**, responsible for the strategic leadership, management and direction of the Crew & Network Operations Implementation division. This is a key position within the Crew & Network Operations Management organization and will focus on the Asia Pacific Implementations.
**Essential Duties**:
- Responsible for overall project delivery, ensuring that Crew & Network Operations implementations are completed with quality, on schedule and within budget.
- Key stakeholder in internal and external Steering Committees for all Crew & Network Operations implementation projects. Represents Crew & Network Operations implementations in executive meetings and manage customer escalations.
- Ensures alignment with Digital Solutions and Analytics vision, strategy and goals.
- Determines regional strategy, delivery goals and forecasts resource needs based on information and priorities provided by Crew & Network Operation leaders.
- Partners with Sales & Marketing and Portfolio departments to drive business development in Asia/Pacific.
- Manages subordinate managers and individual contributors. Makes hiring decisions, coaches, counsels, mentors and provides training and developmental opportunities to enhance employee performance and expand capabilities. Provides on-going developmental feedback and recognizes contributions of individuals and teams. Makes compensation recommendations in regards to hiring salaries and salary review actions.
- Enforces company rules and policies regarding ethical behavior, safety, security, use of company property, time charging, etc.
- Works cross-functionally and maintains healthy relationships with several business departments locally and internationally.
- Travel will be required to our customers within the region and leadership meetings in Europe and US.
**Basic Qualifications**:
- Experience in working with Airline Crew Management solutions for more than 5 years.
- Project Director/Program Manager and customer facing experience is required.
- Experience in managing employees for more than 5 years.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in managing Managers
- Detailed knowledge and understanding about Jeppesen Airline Crew Management solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills, business acumen and an ability to build exceptional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills is crucial at Director, Executive and VP level.
- Familiarity in establishing and administering projects and programs. Experience in developing and administering budgets, schedules and performance standards.
- Ability to accomplish results through subordinates who exercise significant latitude and independence in their assignments.
- Ability to determine and establish efficient organization structures while considering operational constraints.
