**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- This position is for College of Integrative Studies (CIS).
- Manage the mapping of new and existing courses to the Core Curriculum and SMUundergraduate graduation requirements by the Core Curriculum Committee, workingclosely with other Schools, Faculty, and Basket Coordinators.
- Maintain Core Curriculum mailbox and manage student enquiries on matters relating tothe Core Curriculum.
- Administer all CIS-offered UG and PG courses, including the cataloguing of newcourses and collation of course outlines, amongst others.
- Provide administrative support to faculty in CIS-offered courses, including SMU-Xoverseas courses, including logístical support such as booking of consultation, midtermtest venues.
- Support the organisation of and participate in events at the School and University level.
- Perform other duties as and when assigned.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 3 years of relevant work experience in a higher education administrative role.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with faculty, staff and students.
- Excellent organisational skills, with a meticulous nature and a keen attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and work independently.
- Strong work ethic.
