Senior Research Fellow in the Centre for Population Health Sciences
We are currently recruiting a Senior Research Fellow who will join the Centre for Population Health Sciences at Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, a joint medical school between Imperial College London and Nanyang Technological University (NTU).
The Centre’s focus areas of research include population health, digital health, digital education, and health services and outcomes research.
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled personnel in Digital Health Sciences or neighbouring discipline with expertise in research methods and health coaching curriculum development.
Responsibilities include:
- Design health coaching modules/curriculum for patients requiring additional support for medication adherence and lifestyle changes.- Provide health coaching sessions to research participants in a client-centered approach to identify the participant's stage of change and facilitate progress towards goal attainment.- Develop novel and innovative pipeline for co-design, development, testing, and validation of digital health solutions.- Take lead in the research team to ensure that projects are completed on time, including planning, leading stakeholder engagement, leading data collection and analysis, supporting and supervising junior staff, ensuring deliverables are met on time.- Participate in research studies, collect, and analyse data, and present research findings to key stakeholders.- Monitor data quality, including reliability checks, and ensure data are recorded and stored in accordance with study procedures.- Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards for the conduct of research.- Perform other research and administrative tasks assigned by the Principal Investigator where required.
Education and Research Experience- PhD in Digital Health Sciences or related fields with minimum of 5 years of research experience- Proficient in using statistical software for data analysis.- Strong publication records.- Experience in a leadership position is advantageous.- Has project implementation and management skills including study coordination, data collection, data management, and analytical approaches.- Able to work within a project team to achieve research outcomes to quality standards and meet deliverable timelines.
