As a **Housecall Personal Trainer**, you'll provide in-home personal training services to clients. More than just workouts, you’ll be a trusted coach who supports lifestyle change, delivers measurable results, and helps clients fall in love with the process.

We’ll fully equip you with our **systems, training methods, and client-handling procedures**—so you’re not just training, you’re building relationships that last. Our structured approach helps you drive **client success and retention**, so you can focus on what you do best: coaching.

**What You'll Do**
- Deliver effective, personalized 1-on-1 training sessions at clients’ homes
- Follow structured client onboarding, assessment, and progression systems
- Track and communicate client progress clearly and consistently
- Build rapport and maintain strong, professional client relationships
- Attend company training and development sessions to enhance your skills
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and punctuality
- Actively participate in ongoing learning, feedback, and mentorship

**What We’re Looking For**
- Certified Personal Trainer (ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Eagerness to learn and grow through structured feedback
- Comfortable traveling to clients’ homes across assigned areas
- Previous personal training experience is a bonus, but not essential—**we train you**

Pay: $40.00 - $65.00 per hour
