**Job Purpose**:
Providing leadership, Direction and Management of Company’s financial strategy in line with LVMH Guidelines on key initiatives to support CFO in overall South Asia strategic goals. Oversee the direction of financial control & administrative, financial, fiscal and risk management operations, consolidation insight and analysis results

**Profile**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee Shared Service Center (SSC) in the management of Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger, Inter-Company Reconciliation, Bank Reconciliation;
- Manage Sales Commission calculation and maintain fixed asset register
- Maintain Fixed Asset Register;
- Perform system reporting and controlling/analysis and budget report on Monthly performance to Corporate
- Manage and track Audit requests, schedules and confirmations to involve stakeholders if any
- Proper reporting and filing for GST, With-holding tax and Corporate tax
- Dividends management and repatriation
- Liaise with Corporate Risk on credit terms/Limit for account and to manage credit block/release
- Monitor daily interface from internal software (Beanstore) to SAP and Goods Receipt of the Stores
- Manage process and perform inventory reporting and stock reconciliation, review and analyse stock discrepancies and prepare stock adjustment report including packaging report for management review and approval;
- Perform Company Secretarial related activities - board resolution, filings/submissions in compliance with Company Act;
- Liaise with Legal on lease agreement terms and conditions;
- Review contracts with business vendors/partners and liaise with Legal where applicable;
- Liaise with IT & support functions for new store opening and implement new functionalities
- Co-operate with IT and Corporate to implement new functionalities;

**Additional information**:
**Qualifications**
- At least 7 - 8 years of relevant experience in retail, with exposure to retail management and boutique operation.
- Extensive product knowledge of luxury brands in local market, and specific knowledge in Jewelry and watch is a plus
- Knowledgeable in accounting and financial/credit risk management principles and procedures
- Knowledgeable in budget & reporting techniques
- Familiar of the financial markets rules and instruments (competitors, luxury business, etc)
- IT Applications
- Possess Business Awareness and Agility with Entrepreneurial spirit
- Possess Strong Leadership, Team Management and Coaching Skill
- Tolerance of working pressure and the capability in handling unpredictable tasks
- Good management of outsource accountants
