**Job Overview**

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Wholesale Sales Associate to support our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and converting customers through various channels, including e-commerce, networking, store visits, and referrals. Your ability to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations will be crucial in maintaining strong business relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identifying and converting customers through various channels, including e-commerce, networking, store visits, and referrals.
- Showcase the features and benefits of products or services, highlighting how they can solve customer problems.
- Negotiate prices and terms with customers, ultimately aiming to close sales, add new accounts and grow their basket sizes over time.
- Build strong relationships with both new and existing assigned customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Follow up with customers after sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Maintain records of sales activities, prepare sales reports, and update superiors on sales progress.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and market trends to effectively sell and adapt to customer needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues in different departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or any related field.
- Strong familiarity or knowledge of Indonesian markets and Indonesian consumer preferences.
- Close connections and contacts with Indonesian businesses that can be leveraged to expand international accounts.
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to consistently follow-up on any correspondence.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
