Epyphite Pte. Ltd. is looking to hire a new Strategic Communications Director to develop and oversee the implementation of strategic communications campaigns that boost brand awareness, effectively promote the company’s products/services and mission, and strengthen the company’s public image.

**You will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies and initiatives that aim to raise awareness of the organization’s impact, successes, and results. **You will achieve this by highlighting successful program results, preparing high-profile promotional events, and managing the activities of external communication teams.

**A Strategic Communications Director is accountable for fostering relationships with external partners to leverage opportunities for growth and collaboration. **You will also be expected to establish and maintain trust with various internal and external stakeholders through the innovative use of media tools and public engagement projects and initiatives.

**In this position, you will work closely with management on market research to identify shifting industry trends so as to determine long-term goals and the strategies needed to achieve them. **You will also oversee the development of all communication materials that build trust with the target audience and drive business growth.

**Strategic Communications Director Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage the implementation of the organization’s internal and external communications strategy—including online and social media components—that supports the company’s overarching vision
- Oversee editorial direction—writing, editing, and developing content—and the design, production, and distribution of the company’s promotional content across all communication channels and platforms
- Create and maintain a comprehensive events contact database and conduct interviews with key parties, such as stakeholders and the technical staff to generate new communications materials
- Organize and promote high-profile PR events and manage the editorial calendar for the planning and timely execution of all communications activities
- Collaborate with leadership to promote positive internal communications that keep all staff members up-to-date and promote an integrated and collaborative environment
- Identify efficient means of communication with stakeholders and other key partners with the aim to build rapport and raise awareness
- Oversee program deliverables for reports, including the drafting of reporting schedules and templates

**Strategic Communications Director Requirements**:

- 8+ years of experience in organizational strategic communications or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in PR, Journalism, Communications, or Public Policy
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
- Ability to persuade, negotiate, and advance/resolve issues through strategic communication
- Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences
- Strong writing and editorial skills
- Solid multitasking and time-management skills, with a capacity to meet deadlines, manage competing priorities, and advance several projects at once
