As an Omnichannel Strategy & Ops Intern at Castlery, you will be supporting in executing, and optimizing our omnichannel strategies to drive seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints, both online and offline. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency, and effectiveness of our omnichannel initiatives, while continuously analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Omnichannel Strategy**: Assist in the formulation and execution of comprehensive omnichannel strategies in collaboration with marketing, sales, product and tech, and customer service teams.
- **Customer Journey Enhancement**: Help analyze customer behaviors and preferences to create personalized, cohesive, and engaging experiences across various channels, including the website, offline store, CRM, and social media channels.
- **Data Analysis and Insights**: Regularly monitor, analyze, and interpret omnichannel performance metrics, deriving actionable insights to optimize strategies and drive revenue growth.
**The Perfect Profile**:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field;
- Passion for data analysis and interpretation and the ability to translate data into insights and propose next steps
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Basic understanding of HTML; PowerBI is a plus
- Keen interest in B2C e-commerce and retail
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Commitment: 6 months
