The role

Dynamic individual who has hardware technical knowledge on network & x86/x64 products to provide both post-sales and pre-sales support. Able to provide problem determination, diagnostic testing, repair/resolution of hardware, Operating Environment, virtualization and infrastructure in dynamic enterprise environments.

Key accountabilities

Be ARCO’s brand ambassador as part of the pioneer team to help build the company’s brand equity
Provide technical pre-sales support to sales team and clients
Provide standby duty based on rotation basis
Provide post-sales project implementation, onsite support and coordination
Provide break-fix field support based on SLA including, but not limited to, machine inspection, system checklist creation, troubleshooting and replacement of hardware, troubleshooting of Operating Environment, incident ownership and customer management
Deliver high quality services and customer satisfactions to our clients
Ensure good housekeeping of equipment residing at designated platform area and maintain the work area tidiness within the engineering area
Provides timely update of activity list on a weekly basis
Drive self-improvement and upkeep with the latest technologies and corporate changes on a continuous basis
Able to work independently with mínimal supervision when tasks are assigned
Any other ad-hoc assigned by superior

Skills & experience

Minimum Diploma holder on IT or electronic engineering related discipline.
Must have CCNA Certifications (Routing switching and security)
Those with ONF Certified SDN Associate (OCSA) will be a plus point.
Good skills in field support and services of datacenter networking, security and x86 products.
Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in similar field
Experience in Cisco Unified Computing System (UCS)
Experience in Cisco IOS routing & switching
Experience in Cisco Nexus family of switches like Nexus 7K, 5K, 1K
Experience in Software Defined Networking implementation and support; SD-WAN, SD-LAN, security and etc.
Experience in Converged Network and/or Unified Storage Infrastructure in Datacenter
Troubleshooting experience on network, security components and products such as Cisco, Trend Micro, FireEye, Fortigate, PaloAlto, etc.
Well trained in field engineering, troubleshooting methodology, problem determination and remedial action plan.
Has exposure to current technologies and hands on experience in EOL products, at least until generation N-3.
