Full Time Job Engagement Perm Job Type SGD 60,000 - 90,000 pa Salary **The Role**: - Create promotional and publicity initiatives to increase our brand image and visibility - Plan, execute and manage online & offline activities in the earned media space - Develop relationships with local media and crypto-assets partners - Responsible for contacting and organising media-related public relations activities - Develop and implement crisis communications advice and media strategy when required - Monitor corporate image frequently and ensure it complies with company brand - Check and manage content produced for all communication channels - Serve as a community manager for social media channels - Develop and review the online content in media announcements and media kits - Budget, control, and analyse publicity expenses according to the company’s development strategy **Ideal Profile** **Skills and Requirements**: - At least 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Communication / Public Relations - At least a bachelor’s degree (Major in Marketing or equivalent) - Must be a confident communicator and presenter - Tactical understanding of all primary social media platforms (Linkedin, Telegram, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc) - Be proactive, reliable, responsible, and accurate with an attention to detail - Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management - A wide degree of creativity and latitude - Strong project and program management skills; experience in prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates. - Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
