If you are a high achiever fresh out of university and looking for a rewarding career path in a dynamic startup environment, PRISM+ is opening up a Management Associate Position, to groom you into e-commerce digital marketing superstar. You will be immersed and will spearhead every aspect of driving a successful ecommerce business - from product strategy & planning, market expansion, performance marketing, creatives, influencer marketing and data reporting. This position is designed for anyone who wants to fast track their career into a management position as well as accelerate their growth in the ecommerce industry. During the program, you will gain direct experience in running e-commerce digital marketing in key markets such as Singapore, Malaysia, Australia and be groomed to take on a key management position in the company.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- End-to-end campaign planning, coordination and execution of key campaigns, including
- Coordination of campaign details with internal and external stakeholders
- Price planning and forecasting
- Coordination of campaign assets with the marketing team (Key visuals, Messaging, Ads)
- Work with Performance team on set-up and execution of all marketing efforts

- Monitoring, tracking and reporting of Mega and BAU campaigns
- Management and execution of viral performance marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & TikTok
- Gathering multiple data points to perform in-depth analysis via Excel, drawing and reporting actionable business insights
- Coordination of e-commerce operations (Campaigns and web deployments)
- Take on product strategy and expansion into new countries
- Work closely with founding team to drive top and bottom line of the company

**Requirements**:

- Stellar academic track record
- Natural passion for e-commerce and product marketing
- Analytical and data-driven
- Meticulous and responsible
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to excel in a dynamic high-growth startup environment
- Experience in hands-on execution of ad campaigns preferred
- Excel proficiency preferred
