We are committed to innovation, excellence, and a customer-centric approach. As we continue to expand our e-commerce presence, we are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Management Associates in the E-Commerce division.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and execution of e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our operational processes, including inventory management, order fulfillment, logistics, and customer service.
- Analyze online sales data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring timely restocking and accurate product listings.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Participate in the planning and execution of promotional events and campaigns.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for the e-commerce industry and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
