**About the Role**

Reporting to the Senior Manager, APB, the incumbent shall provide support to the marketing activities to promote the NUS Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree programmes and NUS Postgraduate by Coursework programmes in Singapore, as well as in overseas markets.

The incumbent will be emplaced at an appropriate appointment grade based on his/her individual merits.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Assist in all BTech programmes outreach activities i.e. coordinate with vendor on social media campaigns, reach out to polytechnics alumni office to promote BTech programmes to polytechnic alumni
- Assist in coordinating with BTech graduates or final year students and Copywriter to work on interviews and photoshoot for production of articles
- Assist in sourcing of vendor and getting quotations for providing social media or copywriting services as part of our overall outreach activities
- Assist in BTech marketing closing reports to provide summary updates to Management and all stakeholders
- Provide support and assistance in managing social media and digital marketing campaigns (e.g. work with CPO on procurement matters, liaison with appointed vendors, schedule and publish social media posts, monitor and track campaign performance, etc.)
- Monitor inventory of corporate premiums, manage the printing and replenishment of regular marketing collaterals and keep stock of marketing collaterals
- Provide marketing intelligence support; perform data-entry and database management of leads collected from marketing campaigns and events, as well as data-mining support, to build up the marketing database
- Provide admin & operational support

- At least a good bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputable university

**Experience & Attributes**:

- At least 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the higher education sector
- Good knowledge of social media and digital marketing, and CRM systems
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills
- Results-driven, self-motivated and highly disciplined
- Strong project management skills, meticulous with an eye for details
- Driven self-starter and a strong team player, able to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes in a complex, fast-paced and ambiguous environment
