**About GTN**: GTN operates a FinTech-powered brokerage business through its regulated subsidiaries. The shareholders of GTN Group Holding are NTG Global Holdings Limited, Dubai, and strategic investors International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of The World Bank Group, and SBI Ventures - Singapore (A wholly-owned subsidiary of SBI Holdings Japan). GTN Group currently has a team of 300+ employees with a common purpose to create the most comprehensive trading ecosystem globally. GTN is a multi-market, multi-asset class trading platform offered to institutional customers on a B2B and B2B2C business model. GTN currently provides its services via three regulated subsidiaries in Dubai, Singapore and USA. Building on its presence in the Middle East and Asia, GTN is embarking on a global rollout of its ecosystem with regulated subsidiaries. GTN Europe, the subsidiary focusing on UK, is currently undergoing licensing process with FCA. GTN is a multi-tenant platform primarily targeted at buy/sell-side institutions and FinTech such as digital banks/wallet companies keen to offer global trading and investment products to their users. The GTN offering consists of three main products, a global trading system, a digital wealth management system and the GTN API platform. We are spread across 7 geographies and our team members are exposed to work with 20+ nationalities. **Role Overview**: As the Fintech Sales Manager for the Asia Pacific region, you will play a crucial role in identifying and acquiring strategic partnerships with fintech companies in APAC. Your primary responsibility will be to sell our GTN API platform, enabling fintech’s to build their own user interface and user experience, providing seamless access to a diverse range of financial products. You will sell to both regulated as well as unregulated fintech’s that can embed global investing by GTN inside of the fintech’s app. You will report to the global head of fintech for the role. **Responsibilities**: - Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive the adoption of the GTN API platform in the Asia Pacific region. - Prospect, identify, and engage with potential fintech prospects through various channels, including but not limited to cold calling, LinkedIn, industry events, conferences, networking, and referrals. - Cultivate and leverage your extensive network of key individuals and decision-makers within the fintech industry to establish productive business relationships. - Act as a hunter salesperson, actively seeking new business opportunities and engaging in strategic outreach to meet and exceed sales targets. - Understand the unique needs and requirements of potential clients, and tailor the value proposition of the GTN API platform to address their specific needs. - Collaborate closely with the product and technical teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to the enhancement of the platform's features and capabilities. - Keep abreast of APAC industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the market. - Represent the company at APAC based industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote our products and services effectively. **Qualifications and Experience**: - Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales within the fintech industry, demonstrating an impressive portfolio of successful deals and partnerships. - Strong connections and network within the fintech space, both in the regulated and unregulated sectors, to facilitate rapid market penetration. - A "hunter" mindset with a relentless drive for business development and the ability to proactively identify and pursue potential clients. - In-depth knowledge of financial products, especially equities, ETFs, fixed income, and mutual funds, as well as a comprehensive understanding of coordinating API integration. - Possess or willingness to clear the MAS exams 1B, M6, and M6A within a pre-set timeframe to comply with regulatory requirements - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate the benefits of the GTN API platform to diverse audiences. - Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to establish trust and credibility with key stakeholders. - A self-motivated and results-oriented individual who can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Willingness to travel extensively within the Asia Pacific region.
