**Project Coordinator (Dip/2yrexp/East)
**Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and schedules.
- Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.
- Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and project updates.
- Monitor and track project tasks, milestones, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist in coordinating and allocating resources required for the project.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Filing and Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date records and files.
- Provide support to project teams as needed, including arranging meetings, preparing materials, and assisting with logistics.
- Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment.
- Assist in tracking project expenses and managing budgetary constraints.
- Prepare regular status reports on project progress and administrative activities.
- Assist in analyzing project data and administrative processes for continuous improvement.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve issues or conflicts that may arise during project execution or in administrative matters.
- Handle additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma in any Engineering Field / Business Administration
- At least of 2 years of relevant experience in project coordination
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented with a proactive and problem solving mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment
- At least 2 years of experience in Project Management
