The opportunity

Project: The role will manage the Mace regional PMO to ensure compliance with JPMC processes and policies, with oversight of project delivery teams.

The associate director will work within the region to deliver global and regional D&C/PMO objectives.

PMO operational work includes budget preparation, creation, and submission of commitments and variations into PMWeb, along with invoicing and procurement packages - ensure adequate redundancy for planned/unplanned leave within the team to allow continuation of operational service delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing regional guidance on new PMO processes, and policies and creating training collateral where required.
- Planning and running lunch and learn sessions, including preparation of collateral.
- Ensuring onboarding documentation is current and where required oversees the onboarding of new variable project managers/cost consultants and run training sessions on PMWeb, D&C governance, and reporting requirements.
- Working with global/regional client-side PMO on general matters and processes.
- Supporting clients in resolving PMWeb system issues.
- Supporting reporting including aged invoice reports, project health checks, monthly project governance reports, and monthly project cost reporting for major projects.
- Ensuring PMs comply with playbook requirements.
- Improving accuracy and timely updates to project status and milestone dates.
- Ensuring documents are being uploaded to the system of record.
- Driving initiatives to improve data integrity.
- Ensuring compliance with TPO/TPI requirements.
- Supporting where required for CERP preparation and other front-end project forecasting - review and report/endorse CERPS on the PMO side before being sent to the capital committee.
- Attending all project PgM meetings and other key project meetings as needed.
- Acting as PMWeb project manager role for selected countries to ensure correct governance checks/gateway through approval flow - role will require daily actions within PMWeb workflow, approvals, and checking/challenging documentation of project teams.
- Being the D&C contract QC reviewer.
- Reviewing and commenting on project teams' tender recommendation reports.
- Overseeing the operational PMO work undertaken and supporting the PMO team where required.
