This role is part of the Regional APAC People team and reports into the Head of Talent based in Singapore.
**What you'll do**
- You will be responsible for the recruitment cycle across a wide range of roles - sourcing, screening, offering, and hiring of talent across levels including senior professionals for the business
- Support markets across APAC on best practice TA approaches and platforms
- Act as a trusted partner to support the business stakeholders on resource planning, decision making, and talent solutions
- Use talent market expertise, data, and business acumen to educate and influence hiring managers on how to identify and acquire the best talent
- Collaborate and build employer branding with industry partners/universities and support events such as career fairs and recruitment drives
- Support local market People leads on market mapping, sourcing and identifying talent for critical roles in-market and building a pipeline for key roles
- Manage recruitment related data in applicant tracking system
**Who you are**
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing and improving the end to end recruitment process to drive efficiency, impact and hiring experience
- High adaptability and resourcefulness to navigate through a fast-paced and growing environment
- Proven knowledge of TA technologies
- Proven record of finding talent for senior level roles (Director level) and for specialist roles (Data, Tech, Finance, HR etc)
- Managing partnerships with external recruitment agencies and other key suppliers
- Agency experience is desirable but not a necessity
