Key Responsibilities and Duties

1. Kitchen Cleanliness and Sanitation
- Dishwashing: Wash, dry, and put away all dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, and cooking equipment.
- Deep Cleaning: Clean all kitchen surfaces, floors (sweeping and mopping), walls, stoves, fryers, and other heavy equipment on a regular schedule.
- Waste Management: Empty and clean garbage bins, dispose of waste and recycling, and maintain a tidy refuse area.
- Sanitization: Ensure all work surfaces and kitchen tools are sanitized according to health and safety regulations to prevent cross-contamination.

2. Food Preparation and Support
- Ingredient Prep: Assist on basic food preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, chopping, and slicing vegetables and meat.
- Simple Cooking: For sauces, cook meat and others need menu.

3. Stock and Inventory Management
- Receiving Deliveries: Assist with unloading deliveries of food supplies
- Check Stock: Order needed supplies when they are low in stock.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $10.00 per hour
