ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Office Cleaner & Pantry Assistant to maintain a clean and welcoming workplace environment. This role involves daily cleaning of office spaces, common areas, and washrooms, as well as managing pantry duties like preparing refreshments and ensuring supplies are well-stocked. You will also support light clerical tasks when needed and help create a hygienic and comfortable setting for staff and visitors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Cleaning Duties

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors daily.
• Dust and wipe all surfaces, desks, tables, and office furniture.
• Clean windows, doors, and glass partitions.
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as reception, meeting rooms, pantry, and corridors.
• Sanitize washrooms regularly and ensure they are stocked with toilet paper, soap, and other supplies.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.

Tea & Pantry Duties

• Ensure the pantry/kitchen area is clean and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Wash dishes and utensils after use.
• Monitor and report pantry inventory needs to the Admin/Office Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Assist with simple clerical tasks or errands, if required.
• Maintain a neat and tidy appearance and behave professionally.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Friendly and polite demeanour.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks.
