**Title: Service Crew F&B (Full Time)**

Location: Multiple locations, Central CBD, all near MRT

**Salary**: $2200-2600 Basic + Incentives + AWS

**Job Summary**:
As a Service Crew member in the F&B industry, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests. You will be responsible for providing efficient and friendly service while maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and seat guests in a timely and courteous manner.

2. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

3. Serve food and drinks to guests (sometimes only) according to established standards.

4. Ensure tables are cleared promptly and set up for the next guests.

5. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.

6. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally.

7. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.

8. Provide cashiering duties as well

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
1. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

4. Attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards work.

5. Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.

6. Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks as needed.

7. High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,600.00 per month

- Early shift

- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
