Job Description

We're seeking a friendly, dependable, and proactive Service Crew to join TONO Izakaya Singapore, located in the Marina Bay Financial Centre (MBFC). This weekday-only position offers great work-life balance and is ideal for those building a career in F&B without weekend shifts. You'll handle both cashier duties and front-of-house service to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Cashiering & Financial Duties

  • Operate POS system; process cash, and card payments efficiently.
  • Conduct daily settlement of card transactions and register reconciliation.

Front-of-House Service

  • Greet & seat guests, take orders, and serve food with professionalism.
  • Clear and sanitize tables between services.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene around the cashier and service areas.

Team Collaboration

  • Support kitchen and service team during peak hours.
  • Assist with basic food or drink prep when needed.
  • Follow SOPs and maintain hygiene standards.

Job Requirements

Must-Have:

  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Commitment to a full-time Monday–Friday schedule
  • Reliable and detail-oriented, capable of handling both cashiering and service tasks

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in F&B, cashiering, or hospitality
  • Familiarity with POS systems and financial reconciliation
  • Friendly, communicative, and eager to learn
