The Oyster Bank is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a **Supervisor / Service Crew**. If you’re passionate about hospitality, enjoy working in a lively environment, and have a flair for leadership, we’d love to meet you

**Main Responsibilities**
- Cultivate a positive, team-driven environment while leading and motivating colleagues effectively.
- Assist in the development and fine-tuning of the drinks menu, ensuring all costings remain current and precise.
- Oversee bar stock and ingredient control, ensuring all products are accurately labelled, rotated, and stored for maximum freshness and safety.
- Work closely with the management team on purchasing, inventory tracking, operational efficiency, and manpower scheduling.
- Ensure all beverages are prepared in strict accordance with recipes, SOPs, and brand presentation standards.
- Handle guest feedback or issues promptly and professionally to maintain excellent service quality.
- Train and coach new staff, reinforcing service standards and encouraging ongoing growth and development.
- Maintain proper documentation and compliance in purchasing, receiving, and storage procedures.
- Uphold grooming, hygiene, and operational standards across all bar and floor staff.
- Conduct regular checks on bar equipment and report any servicing or maintenance needs in compliance with SFA regulations.
- Support ongoing company expansion and new outlet launches as required.

**Requirements**:

Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,200.00 per month
