- Working Location: Pasir Ris
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 8 AM-5.45 PM)
- Salary Package**:Basic Salary up to $2,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus**:

- Duration: Permanent

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform data entry and verification of documents received.
- Journal preparation and posting of journal entries (including fixed assets listing).
- Reconciliation of GL accounts for balance sheet items.
- Bank reconciliation, cheque preparation and Internet banking payments.
- Ensure timely and accurate closing and preparation of monthly financial reports and schedules.
- Assist to perform AP/AR functions.
- Assist in prepare of month-end and year-end reports.
- Assist in quarterly GST reporting.
- Assist in year-end audit.
- Backup for administrative support-assist in upkeep of factory, request quotation, review insurance renewal etc.
- Any other duties as and when assigned by supervisor.
