What does the job consist?:
Responsibilities:

- Scanning physical documents to create high-quality digital copies.
- Labelling digital files using a standardized naming and filing system.
- Ensuring each digital file is accurately associated with the correct employee.
- Conducting quality assurance to verify the accuracy and readability of digital files.
- Assisting with secure disposal or shredding of physical documents, if required.

Requirements & qualifications:

- Min. diploma holder
- Experience in Excel & Google drive
- Meticulous to data
