- Ensure proper allocation of resources to successfully complete projects.
- Create a detailed project plan to track progress and ensure that project milestones are met.
- Implement appropriate verification techniques to manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Use suitable tools and techniques to measure project performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Report any issues to management and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Foster positive relationships with clients and other stakeholders, effectively managing their expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform risk management to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with third-party vendors to ensure successful project execution.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
- Project Management Certified with a minimum 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing; preferably in electronics, automotive or optics industries.
- New product development experience is an added advantage.
- International Business Trips is needed for this role.
- The person should have drive, initiative, and work on detail, with a clear focus on results.
- English or Chinese communication, oral and written skills must be good, with teamwork spirit
