**About the Role**
We are looking for a **Motorcycle Rental Supervisor**to manage day-to-day rental operations and rider support remotely. This is a **high-responsibility role** for experienced operators who can manage the business independently, without training or close supervision.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Rental & Customer Operations**: Manage the full rental workflow: onboarding, agreements, payments, deposits, handovers, extensions, and returns.
- **Rider Support & After-Sales**: Be the main contact for riders, managing breakdowns, accidents, insurance claims, and rider issues.
- **Fleet Coordination & Compliance**: Track servicing schedules, insurance, COE expiry, and road tax.
- **Reporting & Collections**: Maintain accurate records in Google Sheets/CRM and ensure on-time collections.
- **Risk & Recovery**: Handle repossessions, stolen/missing bike cases, and escalate to legal when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- **3-5 years proven experience**in motorcycle rental or fleet operations.
- Track record managing **accidents, breakdowns, repossessions, stolen/missing bikes, arrears recovery.**:

- Strong knowledge of **fleet compliance**(servicing schedules, insurance renewals, COE, road tax).
- Skilled in **collections & arrears control**(weekly payments, deposit/excess recovery, handle escalations for late or defaulting riders).
- Familiar with **Google Sheets**, **WhatsApp**, CRM, and GPS/device monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with common **motorcycle models used for delivery and rentals** (e.g. Yamaha Aerox, Nmax, Xmax, Sniper, Honda Wave, Adv150), with the ability to identify issues and coordinate repairs with workshops.
- Able to communicate in **English** (spoken & written).
- **Independent and self-driven** — able to manage full operations **without training or supervision**.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
