**Facilities Supervisor**

The work of the Girls’ Brigade Singapore is enhanced and made possible by the support provided by a dedicated team that creates an environment of learning for both Girls and volunteers.

The Facilities Supervisor is focused on:

- Maintaining and improving the physical premises of The Girls’ Brigade Singapore to provide an inviting and familiar environment for Girls, volunteers, and staff, to further the mission of The Girls’ Brigade Singapore.
- Support the creation of regulations that reduce the safety and health risks which Girls, volunteers and staff are exposed to.

**Responsibilities**
- Creating and enforcing a maintenance schedule (weekly, monthly and annually) for the GB Headquarters, including but not limited to inspections, upkeep, general cleaning and repairs.
- Liaison with service providers and relevant regulatory bodies.
- Supervision of General Workers.
- Stay up to date with current regulations pertaining to facilities and its users e.g. Fire Safety, Social Distancing etc.
- Receive, administrate and provide for the booking of facilities including the preparation of rooms before hand.
- Provide for covering duties within the department when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in logistics, facilities / building management an advantage.
- Good communication skills (with written & spoken English) and able to relate with a wide range of people.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel).

**Salary**: $2,400.00 - $3,200.00 per month
