**[What you will be working on **]

You will be part of a team responsible for developing the financial ecosystem to support Singapore as an international financial centre. This includes the management and administration of the supported by the Financial Sector Development Fund (FSDF).

Your role will include:

- **Grant policy and management**:Overseeing the conceptualisation and administration of incentive schemes under the FSDF to facilitate Singapore’s growth as an international financial centre
- **Governance, compliance and risk management**:Establishing and reviewing governance policies and operating procedures, and conducting budget planning for the effective management of the FSDF’s financial resources
- **Stakeholder engagement and industry analysis**:Engage relevant MAS departments and other external stakeholders (including industry players, consultants and other government agencies) to understand and analyse issues

**[What are we looking for]**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics or a related discipline
- Possesses strong problem solving and reasoning skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Meticulous and thorough when overseeing grant incentives schemes
- Have the ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment
- Relevant experience in grants management/ administration is an advantage
