Our client is a well-established brand in the IT Services and IT Consulting industry and is now looking for a passionate and driven
**CEO of BOLT Technology **to join their team.

**Responsibilities**:

- The CEO will have primary responsibility for leading company operations, the overall growth.
- strategy, organizational leadership, financial and organizational management, external communications, implementing regulatory compliance, and marketing and sales efforts. He/she will also be responsible for the development and management of advisor and investor relationships.
- The CEO will be providing the short-term and long-term company vision, as well as, the development of sales and marketing strategies, working to achieve fundraising and revenue objectives.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior experience in sales, partnership, or equivalent role.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work strategically, but also hands-on problem-solving.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Extensive experience in fundraising and investor relationships.
- Track record of building innovative, creative, and collaborative teams.
- Strong desire to lead from a strategic and tactical perspective in all aspects of day-to-day company operations.
- Regularly report the operation and compliance matters to the board of directors.
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS, and PaaS markets, particularly for loyalty, marketing, and CRM solutions.
- Experience working in a start-up environment will be an added advantage.
- Driving day-to-day operations, managing performance, owning the operational budget, and managing burn rate.
