**The Role**

An Experience Designer crafts immersive and engaging experiences that connect people with environments, events, and interactions, focusing on how these experiences feel and unfold over time. This role involves understanding the needs and emotions of participants through research and testing, and collaborating with various stakeholders to bring these experiences to life. By considering the emotional, social, and sensory aspects of an experience, Experience Designers aim to create memorable and impactful moments that leave lasting impressions.

As an Experience Designer at Kyndryl Vital Singapore, you will lead design initiatives across a variety of projects, ensuring that solutions are innovative, user-friendly, and aligned with client objectives. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted design advisor throughout the project lifecycle. You will guide design teams in the creation of high-quality visual and interactive designs, ensuring the final product meets business and user needs. Partnering with technical teams, you will balance creative ideas with technical feasibility, ensuring designs are practical and scalable. You will take ownership of the design process, from discovery and ideation to prototyping and user testing, ensuring consistent delivery of impactful designs.

- **Human-Centered Design**: You have a deep understanding of human-centered design methods and mindset.
- **Co-Creation**: You excel at aligning stakeholders through workshops and collaborative sessions.
- **Storytelling**: You can communicate clearly and compellingly.
- **User Research**: You can design and conduct generative and evaluative user research.
- **Prototyping**: You can create context-appropriate, low-to-high fidelity prototypes.
- **Visual Communication**: You have expertise in information design.
- **AI and Data Ethics**: You leverage AI tools while maintaining quality and ethical standards.

**Who You Are**

**Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise**
- 8+ years experience
- Deep industry vertical experience
- Experience in both enterprise and agency worlds
- Human behavior, change management, or other applied social sciences
- Data science, AI/ML background
- You may specialize more deeply in:

- Service Design
- User Experience
- Interface Design
- Information Architecture
- Graphic Design
- Environmental Design
- Data Visualization

**Required Education**
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent portfolio

**Preferred Education**

MDM, MDes, MFA, dMBA or equivalent
