Singapore SAF WARRANT OFFICERS AND SPECIALISTS CLUB, THE Full time

**Main Duties and Key Responsibilities**
- In-charge of the club’s ICT infrastructure, network, phone system, printers, security and administration.
- Act as the systems administrator for general ICT support, including installing and configuring ICT equipment, troubleshooting and resolving ICT-related issues.
- Manage and provide basic troubleshooting of the club’s telephone system, and coordinate servicing and maintenance of equipment and software.
- Manage and maintain the club’s operational systems and programs including POS system and facility management system.
- Responsible for the sourcing of IT and telecommunication software and equipment, monitoring and scheduling of maintenance sessions, documentation of contracts and purchases.
- Spearhead all network infrastructures and software implementation, and any other ICT-related upgrading projects.
- Manage hardware and software inventory/licence records.
- Evaluate and liaise with ICT vendors on all hardware and software maintenance issues.
- Work with the Security Subcommittee and contracted vendors, to implement ICT security policies and conduct periodic checks and testing to minimise the security risks of the club’s ICT systems.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

**Job Requirements and Qualifications**
- Degree in Computer Science or ICT-related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ICT support/system network maintenance
- Possess technical Knowledge and experience in supporting server administration, computer hardware & software
- Knowledge in systems and computer security procedures and protocols is an advantage
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
