**Contract Period**:From 1 Apr 2025 to 30 Jun 2026

**Personnel to be deployed at the following hours**:

- Mondays to Fridays: 7.00am to 4.00pm, inclusive of 30 minutes (or up to 45min) of lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

**The Services required are set out as follows**:

- Support the 6-years ICT Curriculum planned out for the students in the capacity of an ICT Executive
- Management of ICT computing devices
- Managing of school website and Social Media Platforms (Instagram and Facebook page)
- Managing Public Messaging System
- Managing room bookings / loans / service request system
- Administration of school's Print+ service
- Tracking of loan of ICT computing devices to students
- Inventory updates during term breaks
- Stock taking during term breaks
- Oversee the operation of e-learning events
- Monitor the processes and document loan records of computing devices to students
- Provide support for students / parents on use of the MOE ICT systems
- Oversees and operates AV equipment to provide technical support services for school events
- Provide in-class support for ICT-integrated programmes
- Support teachers in the development of resources for the school portal.
- Assist teachers in carrying out ICT lessons or any other ICT related duties assigned by Principal, Vice-Principal and HOD ICT.
- Provide AV support as required by the school.
- Provide Photography / Videography support for school events when required
- Design and create poster / banner when required
- Provide Multimedia support for teachers
- For e.g., if the ICT Executive is required for first teaching period at 7.45 a.m., the ICT Executive will have to report to school at 7.15 a.m. to prepare the work. ICT Executive may go off 45 minutes earlier at the end of working day.
- Services may be required on Saturdays based on school needs. The school may declare up to 4 working Saturdays in a school year and ICT Executive is required to render service on these Saturdays.
- For e.g. Meet-The-Parents Session where ICT Executive is required to oversee and operate AVA equipment to provide technical support services.
- Off-in-lieu will be given for those Saturdays that the ICT Executive is required to work.

**The Personnel is to mínimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience**:

- Proficient in the administration of Social Media Platforms (Instagram and Facebook)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proficiency in multimedia software
- Proficient in use of Final Cut Pro to do video editing
- Excellent customer service
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills.
- Possess positive attitude and dedication to work.
- Polytechnic Diploma or its equivalent.
- Up to 1 year of ICT related working experience in a school environment.
- Excellent team-player, who is task-oriented, organized with the ability to multi-task and is proactive
