Location: Fuhua Primary School, 65 Jurong East St 13, Singapore Contract Period: 1 January 2026 - 31 December 2026 Working Hours Mon - Thu: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break) Fri: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break) Off Days: Saturdays, Sundays & gazetted public holidays ⚙️ Scope of Work & Responsibilities ️ ICT & Device Management Manage, maintain, and repair ICT devices, peripherals, and equipment. Perform installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of devices. Maintain ICT tracking lists (Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets). Handle inventory management and loan/return of devices. Technical Support Provide on-site technical and application support for staff and students. Support non-SSOE devices during school hours. Assist and supervise ICT vendors during delivery or maintenance activities. AV & Event Support Set up audio, projector, and notebook systems for school programmes/events (e.g., National Day, Teachers' Day, Graduation Night, etc.). Assist in audio and video recording or production when required. Use video editing tools/software to support multimedia projects. Training & Administration Conduct ICT baseline skills training (Microsoft and Google applications) for students. Prepare and process ICT administrative documents (e.g., loan forms, request forms, condemnation forms). Collaborate closely with HOD ICT, SH ICT, ICT Manager, and Desktop Engineers. Qualifications & Experience ✅ Minimum Requirements Diploma in any field. Prior experience as an ICT Executive or equivalent role in local schools . Preferred Skills & Experience Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace . Experience in AV setup and multimedia production . Skilled in video editing software/applications . Familiar with inventory tracking and record maintenance. Experience conducting ICT and video-related training sessions for Primary School students . Strong troubleshooting and technical support abilities.
