**Responsibilities**:
Strategy and Planning
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for deposit products in alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Formulate and monitor business targets of Deposits business, with participation of Sales Management.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Distribution, Risk, Operations, and Finance to drive go-to-market plans, product performance, and service delivery.

Product Development & Management
- Oversee the development, launch, and enhancement of deposit products with a focus on innovation, usability, and profitability.
- Develop deposits solutions tailored for each customer segment, to increase cross sell and engagement of customers.
- Market & Customer Insights: Leverage market research, customer data, and competitor analysis to identify product opportunities and gaps.
- Pricing & Profitability: Develop rate and fee structures to optimise NIM (Net Interest Margin), customer acquisition, and portfolio performance.
- Digital Integration: Work closely with the digital and technology teams to embed deposit products into seamless omnichannel customer journeys.Implement Deposits growth and retention strategies and marketing plans.

Business Performance and Management
- Guide product development, including system development.
- Overall Strategic oversight with responsibility of Profit & Loss and portfolio.
- Manage balance sheet/Asset-Liabilities matters.
- Resolve business (business as usual and ad-hoc projects/initiatives) issues (including customer and operations related).Front-face external parties e.g., MAS, ABS, vendors, partners, competition etc. as tasked.

People Management
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, analysts, and specialists to achieve strategic and operational goals.
- Maintain strong relationships will all internal and external stakeholders.Identify, train and coach 2nd liners, to build bench strength for the various businesses.

Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure all products adhere to Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) regulations, internal risk policies, and AML/CFT requirements.
- Ensure compliance to regulations and internal policies (where applicable) by the product, associated processes and various stakeholders.

Degree in any discipline

Relevant Work Experience

At least 10+ years of experience in similar role with supervisory experience in banking /financial industry

Technical/Functional Skills
- Formulate clear vision of business and appropriate strategies
- Integrate management goals and direction with vision of business and reality of environment
- Deep understanding of the Deposits and Consumer Banking environmentStrong analytical skills, management skills and ability to negotiate outcomes

Personal Skills (Soft Competencies)
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to garner respect of stakeholders and build close relationships as well as understand issues on the ground
- Strong leadership skills and excellent interpersonal skills
