**Accounts Assistant Job Responsibilities**:
- Handle daily AP functions
- Issue Purchase Orders & liaise on procurement matters.
- Perform 3 way matching for Supplier's Delivery Order, Invoice & Purchase Order.
- Update of Inventory and create new item code in system.
- Handling stock inventory in store Undertake any ad hoc duties as may be assigned.
**Human Resources Assistant Job Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for HR workflow, processes and system implementation
- Maintenance of HR portal Monthly payroll processing
**Requirements**:
- Min Diploma / LCCI in Accounting / Human Resources
- At least 1-2 year of working experience in related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Quickbook & Timesoft System will be an advantage
- Meticulous, responsible, initiative, independent & good team player
- Able to multitask, work under pressure and fast-paced working environment
- Able to commence work immediately preferred
