**Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities**:
- Manage all customer order processing.
- Service existing accounts, obtain orders.
- Respond to inquiries from customers.
- Identify, qualify and cultivate new sales opportunities.
- Negotiate on price, cost, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers.
- Manage end to end order processing.
- Engage with internal teams to make sure order is processed correctly and accurately.
- Manage signoff and approvals.
- Engage with customers on confirmation, changes and delivery as required.
- Weekly re-schedule reports to customers
- Weekly order expediting to vendors
- Maintaining delivery dates in line with planned customer consolidated shipments.
- Month ends pull in management
- Sending invoice, COC and AWB number after shipment
- Ensure effective client communication.
- Communicate and manage up to business director and general management.
- Ensure full closure of all client problems
- Arranging PO’s/SO’s and pricing for outwork
- System maintenance, including customer end and vendor details.
- Manage return requests - liaise with customers and internal teams to make sure issues are closed timely.
- Chasing suppliers for Lot code / missing label / invoices
**Requirements and skills**
- Able to multi task, take instruction, and follow a task through to completion
- Good at organising your time, and able to work to a deadline
- Proficient in Microsoft, and a good understanding of basic IT skills
- Good Excel skills
- High attention to detail
- At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Cold calling: 1 year (preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 50% (preferred)
