- Address objections and concerns raised by prospects, providing solutions and building trust
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized interactions
- Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and maintain a client-centric approach
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively to ensure consistent progress towards meeting goals
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' offerings
- Generate reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and progress towards targets
- Partner with marketing and customer support teams to ensure a unified customer experience
- Seek feedback from leads, prospects, and clients to continuously improve sales approaches
- Provide feedback from the field to contribute to product enhancements and service improvements
- Adapt strategies based on market feedback and personal learning experiences to enhance results

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably specialized in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing, Real Estate/Education or equivalent
- Team player with leadership qualities
- Good interpersonal skills, telephone etiquette and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational ability and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Independent, hardworking and responsible
- Ability to multitask
- Assist with other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
