Job Title: Part-Time Senior Sales Associate - Fashion Retail

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Provide outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers in finding the perfect fashion pieces.

2. Meet and exceed sales targets through product knowledge and effective sales techniques.

3. Maintain a visually appealing store by organizing and restocking merchandise.

4. Stay informed about current fashion trends to offer valuable style advice to customers.

5. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the fashion retail industry.

2. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

3. Strong knowledge of current fashion trends and brands.

4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

5. Flexibility to work part-time hours; specific days can be discussed during the interview.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.

7. Basic understanding of point-of-sale systems and cash handling.

**Compensation**:

- per hour rate, plus commission based on sales performance.
