**Job Description**:
JD of SEA - Senior Assocaite, Human Resources (Part-time CW)
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensures job descriptions for all positions in SEA countries are written and agreed with line management and HRBPs
- Manages the end-to-end recruitment processes in partnership with hiring managers & HRBPs in SEA countries
- Coordinates on-boarding and hiring processes through partnership with other supporting functions
- Facilitates hiring managers and new hires during hiring and on-boarding processes through system assistance and address daily inquiry
- Manages day-to-day relationship with external recruiting vendors
- Ensures compliance with local labor laws through review of work contracts and status changes
- Ensures timely, accurate and compliant data entry in Workday system
- Conducts HR reports by requests
**Qualifications**:
Basic Requirement:
- University Degree: HR, Business or similar
- 3 to 5 years of related industry experience
- Knowledge of recruitment, communication, HR operational process
- Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office Tools (outlook, work, excel, ppt, etc.)
Preferred Requirement:
- Demonstrates ability to perform accurate and detailed work
- Demonstrates service minded attitude
- Demonstrates excellent ability to learn quickly and understand/adapt quickly to new systems, processes and tools
- Manages multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines
- Knowledge of Workday system is a plus
