This role is ideal for someone who is flexible and open to being allocated to any HR function, adapting to the organization’s needs. You will gain hands‐on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment, working closely with senior HR leaders and contributing to strategic initiatives that drive our people agenda. Job Description Plan and deliver best‐in‐class HR programmes and initiatives across domains such as Recruitment, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement & Employer Branding, People Operations, and Talent Management, to ensure continuous improvements in the team’s objectives, productivity and development. Partner with line managers to provide advice and solutions for day‐to‐day people matters and long‐term organisational plans. Champion and incorporate our culture and values in all aspects of work. Requirements Bachelor’s degree. Background in Human Resources Management / Psychology would be a plus. Prior HR internship experience will be an advantage. Able to work in a dynamic environment while maintaining appropriate attention to detail and standards. Goal‐oriented, strong analytical skills. Highly self‐motivated, quick learner with a positive attitude. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
