**Purpose:

- **
- To provide excellent **customer service **to customers and uphold the corporate image of the company.
- We are looking for School Coordinator whom possess a good understanding of school management systems in addition to good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with students / parents and teachers in a professional manner.

**Key Responsibilities: -**
- Assist in **daily operations of the Music School.**
- Provide excellent customer service by **attending to enquiries, feedback or complaints **by parents/students/teachers;
- Provide prompt and accurate information to all **customers' enquiries to convert to enrolment.**
- Provide **administrative support to teachers **as and when required;
- Assist in **student registration & movement, **school cashiering and sales of books **;
- Assist in **class coordination **including liaising with student/parents on update on class schedule;
- Assist in **Trial Lessons, Open House and Students' Concerts/Graduation events **, as planned;
- Update and maintain student records;
- Ensure proper submission of documentation and correspondence with various department;
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Job Requirements: -**
- 1-2 years’ experience in the retail/music school industry;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Meticulous and good with figures;
- Able to multitask to meet the tight deadline;
- Comfortable to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays;
