SCOPE OF WORK
- To ensure our customers are always in focus and strive to make them smile. You are a good listener and able to support the customer with an attitude based on the our values
- Essential duties and responsibities oversees and manages daily operations, to ensure smooth operation and maintain quality standard of services including cleanliness and manintenance.
- Develop and implement effective marketing and promotion strategies for F & B to achieve financial target.
- Responsible for induction training and on the job training of new employee. Assist in weekly scheduling of employees according to the labour guidelines and fluctuation in sales. Verify and submit employees attendance on a timely manner.
- In charge of others duties such as Inventory replenishing, maintain cleanliness and neatness of the workplace.
- Lead, motivate and train the outlet team to boost staff morale and create a conducive environment for the team.
- The Role Holder is skilled in coaching and developing team members having a very good interpersonal relations and organizational development mindset.
- Provide Leadership direction to operation team and support matters including being responsible for healthy, safe working environment.
- To comply with and follow internal rules, policies and daily operational routines regarding issues like quality, food safety and stock figures as set by your manager.
- Adhere to all food hygiene standard and procedures.
- To manage outlet staff grievances and conflicts and issue disciplinary action when necessary.

COMPETENCIES
- Posses good perople management, resource allocation skills.
- Posses good leadership and communication skill.
- Willing to work 6 days rotating shift, on weekends and public holidays.

**REQUIREMENT**
- Diploma in any field is an advantage.
- Fluent in English and other languages is a plus.
- Have at least 3 years in this industry (preferred)
