We are looking for a

**Maintenance Scheduler**

to join our Maintenance team in Neste Singapore.

**Your part in Neste journey**

In this role, you will support the maintenance team to develop and manage short term maintenance weekly schedule, major activities schedule and unit shutdown schedule, within budget and minimum downtime.

Your main responsibilities include
- Manage prepared work package backlog and prioritize accordingly.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to develop execution schedule.
- Coordinate with PMC for P1 & P2 work request, and reschedule backlog accordingly.
- Receive status updates from execution team and prepare daily report.
- Prepare advance copy of weekly schedule for alignment during weekly schedule meeting.
- Publish finalized weekly schedule timely.
- Chair refinery standard meetings and weekly schedule meeting.
- Track schedule attainment and prepare monthly KPI report.
- Work closely with planners, contractors and PMC for resource optimisation and cost effectiveness.
- Deliver STIs and KPIs in the Development Plan.
- Any other ad-hoc assignments for business and process continuity.

You will report to the Planning and Scheduling Lead.

**Keys to success in this role**

The best combination of experiences, skills and background is
- Minimum Degree or Diploma in Engineering related studies
- With at least 5 years of experience in refinery maintenance, or process plant maintenance
- Experience in Maintenance Process, Plan vs Actual, Schedule Compliance, History Capture, Backlog, timely WO closure, Equipment inspection overdue, PM vs CM ratio
