We are looking for someone who will be a key member of our Talent Operations team. The Talent Operations team's vision is to ensure that Cialfo is an attractive place to work, learn and grow. We want this person to be someone who can drive the HRMS to help scale efficiently and effectively. We would like this person to also source new technologies that can help make the Talent operations function more optimised. In addition, we want this person to be looking at key aspects of the employee lifecycle to include clarity around policies and handbooks and be able to support the Off-boarding experience as well. We are looking for a naturally empathetic individual with a solutions mindset. This role will be reporting to the Talent Operations Lead.
**Responsibilities**
- Be the HRMS platform guru by maintaining accurate data, running HR reports & surveys, and update of employee information promptly to ensure data compliance.
- Carry out off-boarding activities such as exit surveys, release letter generation and guide employees on off-boarding process.
- Manage employee queries concerning the employee handbook and policies; provide HR advisory to stakeholders when required.
- Support contract generation for internal moves, promotions, increments, ESOP notices etc.
- Support operations for performance management and organisational changes.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3-5 Years of proven work experience as an HR operations specialist or in a relevant HR role off-boarding employees in multiple geographies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or similar field.
- Has experience in a fast-paced, slightly ambiguous environment.
- Solid communication skills. (verbal and written)
- Mature, adaptable, resourceful, have good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- An ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Good knowledge of labour law is a plus.
- Proficient in Gsuite. (sheets, ppt, forms)
- Experience using Hibob or more robust HR systems will be advantageous.
