MetroResidences is looking for an energetic sales-driven individual. This role will be suitable for an aggressive salesperson who has an eye for building enduring customer relationships and a penchant to solve problems creatively.
- Maximize bookings for the residential, OMT, operator, and hospitality properties.
- Grow corporate customer bookings by developing relationships with corporate clients;
- Conduct viewing of our apartments;
- Assist customers with reservation process;
- Issue new invoices, repeating invoices, and agreements to customers
- Assist marketing campaigns by following up and converting leads
- Provide guest support by communicating with guests throughout their duration of stay, and replying to their inquiries in a timely manner
- Task scheduling and coordination with Housekeeping, Operations, and Maintenance team.

**Job Requirements**

If you do not have relevant sales or industry experience but possess a goal-oriented mindset and determination to learn from mistakes and try harder; if you are good with people and can communicate convincingly; we would love to speak to you.
