We are looking for a Program Manager to be based in our **Singapore **office.

Who can be a Program Manager?

He / She:

- Can be thought of as a “**Super” Project Manager**
- Is a strategic project management professional whose job is to help **oversee and coordinate various projects or initiatives** across an organization
- Must **maintain a strategic plan and schedule for his programs**, work with stakeholders and mentor project managers to **ensure deliverables are delivered **within deadline with quality
- Takes a holistic view of projects and evaluates the larger context of the combined organizational impact with the interdependencies by leveraging systematic thinking process and proper decision making process.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **
Daily program management** throughout the program life cycle.
- **Interact with project managers and other program managers** to provide support and guidance on individual initiatives conducted to support a program
- Collaborate with business team, sponsors and Project Management Office to ensure the program’s continue alignment with organizational strategy and ongoing organizational support
- **
Define the program governance (controls)**:

- **Plan the overall program** and monitoring the progress
- Manage the program’s** budget**:

- **
Manage risks and issues** and taking corrective measurements
- **
Coordinate** the projects and their interdependencies
- Manage and utilizing **resources **across projects
- **
Align the deliverables** (outputs) to the program’s “outcome”
- Manage the main **program documentations**

**Requirements**:

- **
Bachelor's degree or master's degree in engineering or computer science **related field.
- **
Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience**:

- **
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)** by PMI organization
- Proven experience of managing **complex and large scale projects**
- Good knowledge and handling of project (& Program) management methodology and techniques
- Ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems
- Proven **stakeholder management skills.**
- Proven **people management experience** (direct reporting and indirect reporting)
- Proven experience in IT and **OT projects**:

- **Automation i.e. MOM, SCADA, Power & Control**:

- **MES **will be an added advantage
- High proficiency of English communication skill
- Experience as head of PMO (Project Management Office) or equivalent operational experience
- PgMP Certification is desirable
